Payroll processing can be a daunting task. Here we address some of the most common queries we receive at My Payroll Bureau.
As long as all required information has been provided to us, payroll is set up within a week.
At the start of engagement a link will be emailed connecting you to the secure online portal, Myepaywindow. If there are any issues, the payroll support team are on hand to help.
My Payroll Bureau in most circumstances can link directly to your pension provider via Pension Sync. If this is not possible, we have a number of other options that are available.
All payroll data can be submitted through your secure online portal at MyEpayWindow.
Deadlines will be agreed upon set up, and vary between weekly and monthly. We do however cater to a payroll turn around within 48 hours.
